Cooperating partners are referred to as „Partner Supplier“.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Croatia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Terms of Use

The Website’s terms of use („Terms of Use“) govern your use of the Website and all services and contents available on this Website. Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. understands that users of the plattform are aware of these terms and all the risks resulting from using this Booking Platform and agree to use the content of the Website for their personal use and under their personal liability. By accessing, using or booking the Services provided on the Website, the User indicates to have read these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. They apply to any use of the Website. If You do not agree to all the Terms of Use, do not access or use the Website.

Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. is owner of the Website on which it provides and resells tours and travel related Services to Clients via the Booking Platform. Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. is not supplier of all services listed on the Website but shall use this Booking Platform also to resell offers of Partner Suppliers. For those offers Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. acts as an agent for the Partner Supplier, which means when you purchase an Experience, you will be purchasing a Service provided by a Partner Supplier, and enter into a contract with a Partner Supplier.

In order to use the Website, a Partner Supplier agreed to a separate contractual agreement which is not permitted without the prior written authorization of Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd.. Contracts for Services are to be concluded directly between the Users of this Booking Platform and the Supplier or Partner Suppliers, who offers and is responsible for purchased Service. Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. also does not act as an agent to the User, in any capacity, except to the extent of facilitating payments by User to the Partner Suppliers.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In the case of the ineffectiveness of a provision this shall be replaced by one which comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision in a legally effective manner. The same shall apply in the event that a gap is found in the contract.

Limitation of Liability

While Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. tries to ensure that the content of the Website is accurate, it does not provide any warranties, express or implied, in relation to its correctness, completeness, current, reliability, suitability for any purpose or otherwise (including for any information provided by third parties). However, Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence or misconduct of any such Partner Suppliers or for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom or otherwise arising from any purchase or use of Services.

Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. excludes its liability, and that of its agents and Partner Suppliers, and its and their employees and its sub-agents or distribution partners, a third party for damages relating to your access to (or inability to access) the Website, or to any errors or omissions, or the results obtained from the use, of the Website, whatever the legal basis of such liability would be, except liability for damages caused willfully or through gross negligence, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. is found liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the Services or with a Booking or use of a Service, then Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd.’s liabilities will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of the sum paid Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. in respect of the Booking giving rise to the claim.

Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. provides content, data and photographs related to their Services acquired on their own or from Partner Suppliers. We may change, add or remove information on the Website and its structure and functions at any time at its sole discretion, without specifically informing of any such change, and without removing outdated information or characterizing it as such. All rights reserved. You acquire no rights in the Website, and in any names, trade names, and distinctive signs of any nature (including trademarks) published on the Website. Terms of Purchase

All prices on the Website are quoted in Euro and include VAT and all other taxes.

Inclusions of extra costs are determined by the Supplier and/or Partner Supplier. Prices may not include gratuities, parking and entrance fees, baggage and personal insurance, any items of a personal nature and any beverages or food that the Supplier and/or Partner Supplier has not specifically stated are included.

Purchase

The Booking Platform provides a big range of different Products. This includes Experiences which can be selected, booked and purchased instantly („Instant Booking“), and Experiences where the Client sends a booking request („Enquiry“ or „Booking Request“) first to check whether it’s available or not. If selected Service is available on the selected date, then the Customer receives an email including a link to finalize the Booking. Customized Services can be requested. The Supplier and/or a Partner Supplier decide whether the demand will be realized.

To purchase an Experience on the Website You have to (a) be at least 18 years of age and (b) responsible for providing accurate, timely and complete information in connection with your Booking. Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. is not responsible for any claims relating to any inaccurate, untimely or incomplete information provided to Us by You. Furthermore, we do not knowingly collect the information of anyone under legal age without the consent of the legal guardian.

If You make a purchase, you agree to terms and conditions and any other rules or policies related to the Product. In all booking arrangements, the User making the Booking shall be deemed to have accepted these terms on behalf of all the persons attending the Experience.

Payment

The Website provides credit or debit card payment and occasionally a PayPal option. The credit or debit card payment is run through a high security online gateway provided by a third party service. Therefore we have no access to your credit card information. The Paypal payment is run through the high security PayPal website, which means that the data you're using for payment are not accessible to Us, but exclusively to PayPal.

Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. is permitted to collect the invoiced amounts in the name of and on behalf of the Partner Supplier, provided nothing else has been explicitly stated in the Supplier’s invoice. Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. has a limited responsibility of collecting the payment from the User and transferring it to the Partner Supplier. Full payment is required to make or confirm a Booking unless otherwise specified.

The cost of the Purchase may be subject to duties, foreign transactions fee, currency exchange or other fees applicable in Your country of residence. Your bank or payment card company may convert the payment into the local currency (of Your country of residence) and may charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on the Listing, and the final amount charged to You. Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. recommends that You contact Your bank or card company if You have any questions concerning any applicable currency conversion or fees.

Once your payment is registered, you will receive a booking confirmation on the email address you provided when booking. Later, you will receive an Dubrovnik Bucket List branded e-ticket (or, alternatively a voucher from the Supplier or Partner Supplier), that you will be expected to present at the meeting point.

DubrovnikBucketlist.com uses the service of Stripe for online payments. Stripe is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. Stripe provides the customer and merchant with secure registration and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that Stripe has.

Change Request, Cancellation and Refund

Once a Product has been purchased, your Booking cannot be changed by you or cancelled with a refund, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions applicable to such Product.

All matters concerning cancellation and modifications of Bookings are decided and/or determined by Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. or the Partner Supplier. If you purchased an Experience of a Partner Supplier, Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. does not frame the terms of cancellation/modification of the Booking or take any decision regarding cancellation/modification of the Booking, unless agreed to the contrary between Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. and the concerned Partner Supplier.

The standard cancellation policy allows you to request a change to and/or cancel a Purchase up until 24 hours before the start time of the Experience. Timings are calculated in accordance with the time in Dubrovnik, Croatia (Central European Time Zone; UTC+1). However, a Partner Supplier may have different cancellation policies for different Services. These are stated in the product listing of every Experience.

If You make a Purchase using a promotion code, or if You accept a discount or special-offer price during the check-out process, You may invalidate Your discount or special-offer price by cancelling/modifying Your Purchase. Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. will process any refund to You after adjusting such discount or special offer availed by you at the time of Purchase.

All Change Requests shall be processed by Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. subject to the availability and agreement of the applicable Partner Supplier. Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd. does not guarantee the success of any Change Request. To the extent the Supplier or Partner Supplier is unwilling or unable to accept such Change Request, then your right to a refund (if any) shall be governed by the cancellation terms of your Purchase.

Any cancellation or change request by You must be made by email and acknowledged by Dubrovnik Bucket List Ltd.. Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your Cancellation Request via email and the Service start date and time.

No refunds are available once an Experience has commenced, or in respect of any Product's package, accommodation, meals or any other services that have started to be utilized.
