1.2 The Website’s terms of use („Terms of Use“ or „Agreement“) govern your use of the Website and all services („Service“, „Experience“ or „Product“)and contents available on this Website. 1.3 ACCESS Dubrovnik Ltd. is owner of the Website and provides tours and travel related services to customers via the Booking Platform. However, ACCESS Dubrovnik Ltd. is not supplier („Supplier“) of all services listed on the Website but shall provide this booking platform also to certain cooperating partners („Sub-agent“, „Distribution Partner“ or „Third-Party Supplier“) for the booking of the supplier’s tourist services. In this case ACCESS Dubrovnik Ltd. acts as an agent for the Supplier, which means when you make a Booking, you will be purchasing a tour, ticket or other Service and enter into a contract with a Third-Party Supplier.
1.4 In order to use the Website, Third-Party Supplier agreed to a separate contractual agreement which is not permitted without the prior written authorization of ACCESS Dubrovnik Ltd.. Contracts for tourist services are to be concluded directly between the Users of this booking Platform and the Suppliers of tours or other tourist related services.
1.5 If any provision of these GTCs is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In the case of the ineffectiveness of a provision this shall be replaced by one which comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision in a legally effective manner. The same shall apply in the event that a gap is found in the contract.

ACCESS Dubrovnik Ltd. has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond our direct control. Furthermore, ACCESS Dubrovnik Ltd. has no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
