6. Pricing

6.1     All prices on the Website are quoted in Euro and per person, unless otherwise specified, and include VAT and all other taxes

6.2    Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a Booking has been made.

6.3    Inclusions are determined by the Supplier. Prices do not include tips/gratuities; parking and entrance fees; baggage and personal insurance; any items of a personal nature; taxes or duties; and any beverages or food that the Supplier has not specifically stated are included.


7. Booking

7.1     The Booking Platform provides a big range of different Products. This includes Experiences which can be selected, booked and payed instantly („Instant Booking“) and Experiences where the Customer sends a booking request („Enquiry“ or „Booking Request“) first to check whether it’s available or not. If selected Service is available on the selected date, then the Customer receives an email including a link to finalize the Booking.

7.2     To book an Experience on the Website You have to (a) be at least 18 years of age and (b) responsible for providing accurate, timely and complete information in connection with your Booking. ACCESS Dubrovnik Ltd. is not responsible for any claims relating to any inaccurate, untimely or incomplete information provided to Us by You. Furthermore, we do not knowingly collect the information of anyone under legal age without the consent of the legal guardian.

7.3    If You make a Booking, you agree to terms and conditions and any other rules or policies related to the Product. In all booking arrangements, the person making the Booking shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use on behalf of all the persons attending the Experience.


8. Payment

8.1     The website provides credit or debit card payment and a PayPal option. The credit or debit card payment is run through a high security online gateway provided by a third party service. Therefore we have no access to your credit card information. The Paypal payment is run through the high security PayPal website, which means that the data you're using for payment are not accessible to Us, but exclusively to PayPal.

8.2     ACCESS Dubrovnik Ltd. is permitted to collect the invoiced amounts in the name of and on behalf of the Distribution Partners, provided nothing else has been explicitly stated in the Supplier’s invoice.

8.3     Once your payment is registered, you will receive a booking confirmation on the email address you provided when booking. Later, you will receive an Dubrovnik Bucket List branded e-ticket (or, alternatively a voucher from the Supplier), that you will be expected to present at the meeting point.

8.4     DubrovnikBucketlist.com uses WSPay for online payments. WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides the customer and merchant with secure registration and transfer of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses SSL certificate 256 bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when writing and transferring data.


9. Change Request, Cancellation and Refund

9.1    Once a Product has been purchased, your Booking cannot be changed by you or cancelled with a refund, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions applicable to such Product. In all circumstances, you must check the cancellation policy contained in the applicable Product listing at the time of your Booking, which is the policy that will apply to and govern the terms of your cancellation and any refunds.

9.2     The standard cancellation policy allows you to request a change to and/or cancel a Booking up until 24 hours before the start time of the Experience. Timings are calculated in accordance with the time in Dubrovnik, Croatia (Central European Time Zone; UTC+1).

9.3     All Change Requests shall be processed by ACCESS Dubrovnik Ltd. subject to the availability and agreement of the applicable Supplier. ACCESS Dubrovnik Ltd. does not guarantee the success of any Change Request. To the extent the Supplier is unwilling or unable to accept such Change Request, then your right to a refund (if any) shall be governed by the cancellation terms of your Booking.

9.4     Any cancellation or change request by You must be made by telephone or email and acknowledged by ACCESS Dubrovnik Ltd..

9.5.     No refunds are available once an Experience has commenced, or in respect of any Product's package, accommodation, meals or any other services that have started to be utilized.
